Stainless Steel Pipe
Stainless steel pipe is widely used in industries that require corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term performance. Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A312 and other international standards, stainless steel pipe is available in seamless and welded constructions for various industrial applications. Common material grades include 304 stainless steel pipe, 316 stainless steel pipe, and duplex stainless steel pipe, each selected according to operating temperature, corrosion resistance, and service conditions. Products are supplied in multiple wall thicknesses, including Schedule 10 stainless steel pipe, stainless steel SCH 40 pipe, and Schedule 80 stainless steel pipe, to meet different pressure requirements. Food grade stainless steel pipe, PTFE lined stainless steel pipe, and high pressure stainless steel pipe are widely used in chemical processing, food production, water treatment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, energy facilities, and industrial piping systems.
Production is carried out under an ISO 9001 quality management system with inspection procedures applied throughout manufacturing. Verification includes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, dimensional inspection, and hydrostatic or non-destructive testing in accordance with ASTM A312 and project specifications. Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are available to support material traceability, while additional inspections such as Positive Material Identification (PMI), ultrasonic testing (UT), and third-party verification can be arranged when required. Engineering assistance and technical documentation are available to support material selection, manufacturing specifications, and project compliance. Inspection records and material documentation are maintained throughout production to ensure traceability and consistent quality for industrial applications.
