China GI sheet and galvanized steel coil from JGT Group are manufactured in our factory in Tianjin, one of China's major steel production and export hubs. We supply both galvanized coils and cut-to-length sheets to suit different processing and construction needs.

Our galvanized products are produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing of cold rolled strip, with zinc coatings from Z40 to Z275 g/m². Common grades include DX51D, SGCC and CS Type B, manufactured in accordance with EN 10346, ASTM A653, JIS G3302 and GB/T 2518 standards.

Coils are available in thicknesses from 0.15mm to 6.0mm and widths from 600mm to 2000mm, while sheets can be supplied in custom lengths and flatness grades. Regular spangle, zero spangle, chromated and oiled finishes are available to match your application.

1. Factory-Direct from Tianjin

JGT Group manufactures galvanized steel in our own factory in Tianjin, China's largest steel export port city. By supplying directly from the mill, we eliminate middlemen and offer China GI sheet and galvanized steel coil at true factory-direct prices.

We supply both galvanized coils and cut-to-length sheets. Coils suit roll-forming and stamping lines, while sheets in custom lengths are ready for direct fabrication, roofing installation and structural use without additional slitting.

Q1. What is China GI sheet and galvanized steel coil?

GI sheet and galvanized steel coil are hot-dip zinc coated steel products manufactured in China. They are available as coils for continuous processing or as cut-to-length sheets for direct fabrication, offering excellent corrosion protection at competitive prices.

Q2. What forms are available — coil or sheet?

Both. We supply galvanized coils for roll-forming, stamping and slitting lines, and cut-to-length sheets in custom sizes for roofing, ducting, fencing and general fabrication. Please specify your required dimensions and we will confirm availability.

Q3. What grades and standards do you supply?

We supply grades including DX51D, DX52D, SGCC and CS Type B, manufactured according to EN 10346, ASTM A653, JIS G3302 and GB/T 2518 standards. Equivalent grades can be supplied upon request.

Q4. Where is your factory and which port do you ship from?

Our factory is located in Tianjin, China, and we ship from Tianjin Port — one of the largest and most efficient ports in northern China. This location enables fast loading, short lead times and competitive sea freight to destinations worldwide.

Q5. What is your MOQ and delivery time?

Our MOQ is one 20' container (about 25 tons), and trial orders are accepted for samples. Standard production lead time is 7–15 days after deposit, depending on specification and quantity. We can arrange FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP terms.

Q6. Can you provide customized sizes and processing?

Yes. We offer slitting, cut-to-length, edge trimming, oiling and custom packaging. You can specify thickness, width, coating weight, sheet length, inner diameter and coil weight according to your production needs.

Q7. Do you provide quality certificates and export documents?

Every order includes a Mill Test Certificate covering coating weight, chemical composition and mechanical properties, plus complete export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Third-party inspection such as SGS, BV and TUV is available upon request.
